AIRBORNE RADAR COURSE
1st Radar Course was
designed by Cpl. Finbarr Cotter, 2nd by F/Sgt. John McMahon, 3rd by Cpl.
Mark Keogh and 4th was a class effort.
The badges are named (except 2nd) to the individual member.
Not all personnel who completed the course in Canada returned to
actual SARO duties therefore there is a lesser number wearing the
1st course badge.
SARO is short for "Sensor Airborne Radar Operator"
